With an extensive background in construction, real estate, and HUD projects, Ford Gibson’s attention turned to the importance of the environmental and marketing aspect of housing projects. In 1999, he started GIBSON CONSULTING, LLC to meet this need. Beginning with Environmental Site Assessments, he soon provided Market Studies to developers who were making application to housing agencies for funding. He next added Noise Surveys and Capital/Physical Needs Assessments to his company’s services
*GIBSON’S vision at that time was to provide their clients with accurate and timely reports that would help them be successful in their endeavors.
Gibson Consulting was founded on Ford’s belief that God has guided him to set up and develop of his company. He still believes that not only does God bless him through his work and associations, but that he is able to help his clients prosper and be successful in their projects. Thus, Jeremiah 29:11 is the foundational verse for all he does and seeks to do.
In 2011, Ford formed GIBCO ENVIRONMENTAL, LLC specifically to handle the environmental side of the business and to better serve our client needing these reports.
In 2004, Jim Howell and Becky Gibson joined the company. Jim now serves as General Manager and Becky serves as President and Business Manager.
