  FORD GIBSON
FOUNDER

Ford Gibson began his work in the business world in 1965 with his father C. G. Gibson in the construction business in Shreveport, Louisiana. With an extensive background in construction, real estate, and HUD projects, Ford ’s attention turned to the importance of the environmental and marketing aspect of housing projects.  In 1999, he founded GIBSON Consulting, LLC to supply quality market studies and environmental assessments to developers, especially in the LIHTC arena. In 2011 He expanded his work into GIBCO Environmental, LLC. He has a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Physics and Math from the University of Arkansas awarded in 1961. He completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) through Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1990.

  JIM HOWELL

GENERAL MANAGER
SENIOR MARKET ANALYST, ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONAL

Jim Howell has consulted with GIBSON/GIBCO since 2004. He has performed hundreds of Phase I ESAs, market studies, capital needs assessments and other third party reports. Drawing on his experience as a developer and consultant to developers, Jim provides technical guidance and assistance to all of the company’s principals and consultants. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University on Shreveport in 1980.

CYNTHIA GIBSON BULLARD 
ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONS

Cynthia Gibson Bullard started consulting with GIBSON/GIBCO in January 2011. Cynthia brings over 15 years of Operations and Program Management experience from working with WellStar Cobb Hospital, The Coca-Cola Company, and the U.S. Peace Corps. Cynthia has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College, Sherman, Texas.

 DEBBIE AMOX
FIELD WORK

Debbie Amox has consulted with GIBSON/GIBCO since July of 2006. She has performed the site and market inspections for Phase I ESAs, market studies, capital needs assessments and several other third party reports throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Clients have included a wide variety of for-profit firms, nonprofit organizations, as well as local, state, and federal government agencies. Her expertise in evaluating sites and markets provides the crucial information needed to allow the firm to produce quality reports. Debbie previously worked in senior management positions with a large-multi-family property management firm for over 16 years. A graduate of Bossier Parish Community College, she holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration.  

 WILLIAM "BILL" SILK 
  ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT IN STATE OF OKLAHOMA

William “Bill” Silk associated with GIBSON/GIBCO in September 2012. He is now offering Architectural Services in the state of Oklahoma for design, construction, and post-construction.  Bill brings over thirty-eight years experience as a Project Architect, with projects located in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado. Project experience includes multi-family housing, hospitality, corporate office buildings, hospitals, hazardous material storage, retail and mixed-use retail developments. Bill is currently a Licensed Architect in the State of Oklahoma, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and retired board member of the Central Oklahoma Chapter of the AIA. Bill has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Oklahoma State University.    

 JEAN FOSTER
BOOKKEEPING

Jean Foster began with GIBSON/GIBCO in July of 2006 as Bookkeeping Consultant. She has worked in accounting for over 30 years. She has worked with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. She has also worked in Oil and Gas in Revenue, Joint Interest Billing, Production Reports, Severance Taxes. She has worked with programers to design programs for Oil and Gas and been a supervisor and a manager of a department.  

   BECKY GIBSON
PRESIDENT AND BUSINESS MANAGER

Becky Gibson began working with GIBSON/GIBCO in 2004. She managed all the accounting and fulfilled administrative duties required for client and report support. Becky has worked in office settings both as a volunteer and employee. She was editor and writer for the Total Living Center in Canton, Ohio  for 13 years. Becky has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Centenary College, Shreveport, LA. in 1966.
